Dr Pollitzer was delighted to contribute to the AAAS Annual Meeting today in San Jose, Calafornia, USA. The American Association for the Advancement of Science is the world's largest general science association with over 125,000 members. The Annual Meeting brought together 14,000 delegates under the theme "Innovations, Information and Imaging". Elizabeth spoke to the international delegates in the session entitled "Gender in STEM Policy, Practice, and Research: Advances in North America and Europe". The Session was moderated by the National Science Foundation of Science (NSF) and also included contribution Chancellor Nancy Cantor of Rutgers University Newark. Read more about the session here.
